Brand Use. (a) Except to the extent required by law or with the prior written consent of the other party, a party must not use the other party’s name, logo or trademarks to make a public statement about this agreement or in a manner that suggests any sponsorship, approval or endorsement of the other party’s operations, business, products, services or activities. The use of such name shall be subject to any conditions attaching to any consent given by the other party and such consent may be withdrawn on reasonable notice at the discretion of that party.

  • Intended Use (a) The residential units in the Facility are allocated as follows (“Intended Use”):

  • Land Use The current use and occupancy of the Property for hotel purposes are permitted as a matter of right as a principal use under all laws applicable thereto without the necessity of any special use permit, special exception or other special permit, permission or consent.

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.

  • Access and Use 1. Each Party shall ensure that enterprises of the other Party have access to and use of any public telecommunications network or service, including leased circuits, offered in its territory or across its borders on a timely basis and on terms and conditions that are reasonable and non-discriminatory such as those set out in paragraphs 2 to 6.

  • Permitted Use Tenant shall use the Premises solely for the Permitted Use set forth in Section 7 of the Summary and Tenant shall not use or permit the Premises or the Project to be used for any other purpose or purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of Landlord, which may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion.

  • Authorized Uses The Participating Institutions and the Authorized Users may make all use of the Licensed Materials as is consistent with the applicable law and with this Agreement, including but not limited to the following licensing conditions ("Authorized Uses").   • Permitted Uses Tenant may use the Property only for the Permitted Uses set forth in Section 1.06 above.

  • Publicity and Use of Trademarks or Service Marks 34.1 A Party, its Affiliates, and their respective contractors and Agents, shall not use the other Party’s trademarks, service marks, logos or other proprietary trade dress, in connection with the sale of products or services, or in any advertising, press releases, publicity matters or other promotional materials, unless the other Party has given its written consent for such use, which consent the other Party may grant or withhold in its sole discretion.

  • Supported Uses Subscription Services are provided for Software only when used for its supported purpose (“Use Case”) in accordance with the terms of this Exhibit and Table 1.2 below.
