Brazosport College and Brazosport Independent. School District agree that the following services will be provided: Two shared full-time counselors, whose time will be split between recruitment and transition of students to college. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Advise students and parents regarding selection and preparation for college admissions testing, including SAT, ACT, and TSIA. Arrange for evening workshops on college admission, dual credit/concurrent enrollment and financial aid for parents and students. Assist in the coordination of college/career nights. Assist with college advisement and registration during peak periods, attend departmental meetings and be a part of in-service programs on the high school and college campuses. Assist with articulation meetings between Brazosport College and Brazosport Independent School District. Provide academic advising, admissions, registration and financial aid information to high school students seeking admission to Brazosport College. Provide, during specified times, student services support to Brazosport College on and off campus. Serve as a resource on college financial aid for students, parents, and staff. The college or the school district may assign other duties as appropriate.

If providing cloud computing services for System Agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program, Contractor certifies it will maintain program compliance and certification throughout the term of the Contract.

  • Shareholder Internet Services The Transfer Agent shall provide internet access to the Fund’s shareholders through a designated web site (“Shareholder Internet Services”), which will be accessed by the Fund’s shareholders via a link on the Fund’s web site. The Shareholder Internet Services will be provided pursuant to established procedures and will allow shareholders to view their account information and perform certain on-line transaction request capabilities. The Shareholder Internet Services shall be provided at no additional charge, other than the transaction fees currently being charged for the different transactions as described on the Fee Schedule. The Transfer Agent reserves the right to charge a fee for this service in the future.
