Common use of BREAKS Daily Clause in Contracts

BREAKS Daily. break periods of fifteen (15) minutes each shall be allowed for each four (4) consecutive hours of working time and taken no later than the third hour, except where the nature of the work allows employees to take intermittent rest breaks throughout the day. Break periods are compensable and may not be waived or combined with a lunch break.
