Common use of BREAKS/LUNCH Clause in Contracts

BREAKS/LUNCH. 1. Employees working six (6) or more hours per day are entitled to one-half (1/2) hour lunch and two (2) 10 minute breaks daily with the exception of maintenance who are entitled to a One (1) hour lunch and two (2) 10 minute breaks daily.
