If a regular employee resigns after the signing of this Agreement as a result of a decision to care for a dependent child or dependent children, spousal illness or disability, or an aging parent and is re- employed, upon application she shall be credited with length of service accumulated at time of termination for the purpose of benefits based on service seniority.
