Bridging of Service. 37:01 A regular employee who resigns as a result of the employee's decision to raise a dependent child or children, and is re-employed, upon written notification to the employing authority shall be credited with the length of service accumulated up to the time of resignation for the purposes of sick leave and long service vacation entitlement benefits as defined in this Agreement and based on service seniority.
