Bridging of Service. ‌ An employee who resigns as a result of the employee’s decision to raise a dependent child or children, and is re-employed, upon written notification to the Employer shall be credited with accrued service accumulated up to the time of resignation for the purposes of long service vacation entitlement benefits as defined in this agreement.
