Bridging of Service. If a regular employee resigns after the signing of this Agreement as a result of a decision to raise a dependent child, or dependent children, and is re-employed through winning a competition, they shall, on completion of the probation period, be credited with length of service accumulated at the time of resignation for the purposes of benefits based on service seniority, provided all of the following conditions are met:
