Broadbanding. The Union recognizes the right of the state to develop, for the use of all state agencies, a classification and compensation program in furtherance of section 110.2035, Florida Statutes. Nothing in this part shall constitute a waiver of the Association’s rights under Chapter 447, Florida Statutes.
