Associate will perform all activities, including those activities Broker requires Associate to perform, independently without Xxxxxx’s supervision or control. Associate does not receive instructions from the Broker as to which customers the Associate should service or which property the Associate should market and sell; and, the Associate is not required to file reports with Broker concerning the Associate’s business conduct or status of sale.
