BTU Building Representatives. Unit II members may provide the CEO/designee with supporting documentation of misconduct by a BTU Building Representative or other circumstances which may warrant consideration of transfer. The CEO/designee will impartially review the information and determine next steps which may include meetings between the employee and union representatives, transfer, or other actions deemed appropriate in the sole discretion of the CEO based on the needs of City Schools. The CEO will support a negative change in a BR’s evaluation if the reasons therefore are adequately documented by the Principal.
