Budget and Administrative Costs. The Company shall assist Charter School and the Fiscal Officer with providing the information in the format as described under ORC 3314.032(C) for the Budget. The format shall prescribe inclusion of the following information: (1) Administrative costs for the Charter School as a whole: (2) Instructional services costs for each category of service provided directly to students, compiled and reported in terms of average expenditure per pupil receiving the service; (3) The cost of instructional support services, such as services provided by a speech- language pathologist, classroom aide, multimedia aide, or librarian, provided directly to students; (4) The cost of administrative support services, such as the cost of personnel that develop the curriculum and the cost of personnel supervising or coordinating the delivery of the instructional services; (5) The cost of support or extracurricular services costs for services directly provided to students; (6) The cost of services provided directly to students by a non-licensed employee related to support or extracurricular services, such as janitorial services, cafeteria services, or services of a sports trainer; (7) The cost of administrative services related to support or extracurricular services, such as the cost of any licensed or unlicensed employees that develop, supervise, coordinate, or otherwise are involved in administrating or aiding the delivery of services. (8) The governing authority of Charter School shall be the sole entity responsible for the adoption of the school's Budget and shall adopt such budget with the assistance of the school's designated fiscal officer.
Budget and Administrative Costs. For the 3 years, the total budget for the funding of all projects is estimated at € 36 millions. Otherwise for each year call for proposals, the total budget is at € 6 millions the first year, 12 millions the second year and 18 the last year. Research and technological projects will be supported by this Grant till a maximum of 75 % of the total budget requested for each project. Indeed, the financial assistance cannot exceed 75% of the total eligible costs. For the accompanying measures as preparatory meetings, conferences, cooperative links and networks, exchange of data and scientific information, identifying regional gaps and priorities to integration of scientific fields, and contribution to scientific agendas, the financial participation may go up to 6 % of the costs of these measures.
Budget and Administrative Costs. Each year in which the Authority believes funds for administrative costs are necessary, it shall prepare a budget and submit a budget request to the Board of County Commissioners on or before September 1 of each year that this Agreement is in effect. The Board of County Commissioners shall fund up to five hundred dol- lars ($500.00) of administrative costs each year. If administrative costs are in excess of five hundred dollars ($500.00), the Authority Board shall divide the administrative costs among the municipal entities to this Intergovernmental Agreement and Otero County as provided below. Each entity's percentage of that total administrative cost shall be based upon the number of exchange access facilities within the jurisdiction of that entity when compared with the total number of ex- change access facilities within the jurisdiction of the Authority, that being Otero County. Each entity shall be required to pay to the Authority within ninety (90) days of notification its equitable percentage of the total administrative costs. The failure of an entity hereunder to pay its contribution pursuant to this Section shall constitute default in its performance under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Minor and Administrative Errors A Competent Authority shall notify the Competent Authority of the other Party when the first-mentioned Competent Authority has reason to believe that administrative errors or other minor errors may have led to incorrect or incomplete information reporting or resulted in other infringements of this Agreement. The Competent Authority of such other Party shall apply its domestic law (including applicable penalties) to obtain corrected and/or complete information or to resolve other infringements of this Agreement.

  • Management and Administrative Services The Investment Adviser shall perform, or arrange for its affiliates to perform, the management and administrative services necessary for the operation of the Fund, including administering shareholder accounts and handling shareholder relations. The Investment Adviser shall provide the Fund with office space, facilities, equipment and necessary personnel and such other services as the Investment Adviser, subject to review by the Board of Directors, from time to time shall determine to be necessary or useful to perform its obligations under this Agreement. The Investment Adviser, also on behalf of the Fund, shall conduct relations with custodians, depositories, transfer agents, pricing agents, dividend disbursing agents, other shareholder servicing agents, accountants, attorneys, underwriters, brokers and dealers, corporate fiduciaries, insurers, banks and such other persons in any such other capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable. The Investment Adviser generally shall monitor the Fund's compliance with investment policies and restrictions as set forth in filings made by the Fund under the federal securities laws. The Investment Adviser shall make reports to the Board of Directors of its performance of obligations hereunder and furnish advice and recommendations with respect to such other aspects of the business and affairs of the Fund as it shall determine to be desirable.

  • Financial, Accounting, and Administrative Services The Manager shall maintain the existence and records of the Corporation; maintain the registrations and qualifications of Fund Shares under federal and state law; monitor the financial, accounting, and administrative functions of the Fund; maintain liaison with the various agents employed by the Corporation (including the Corporation’s transfer agent, custodian, independent accountants and legal counsel) and assist in the coordination of their activities on behalf of the Fund.

  • Bookkeeping and Administrative Expenses If so provided in the Prospectus, as compensation for providing bookkeeping and other administrative services of a character described in Section 26(a)(2)(C) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 to the extent such services are in addition to, and do not duplicate, the services to be provided hereunder by the Trustee or the Depositor for providing supervisory services, the Depositor shall receive at the times specified in Section 3.05, against a statement or statements therefor submitted to the Trustee an aggregate annual fee in an amount which shall not exceed that amount set forth in the Prospectus, calculated as specified in Section 3.05. Such compensation may, from time to time, be adjusted provided that the total adjustment upward does not, at the time of such adjustment, exceed the percentage of the total increase, during the period from the Trust Agreement to the date of any such increase, in consumer prices for services as measured by the United States Department of Labor Consumer Price Index entitled "All Services Less Rent of Shelter" or similar index as described under Section 3.18. The consent or concurrence of any Unitholder hereunder shall not be required for any such adjustment or increase. Such compensations shall be paid by the Trustee, upon receipt of invoice therefor from the Depositor, upon which, as to the cost incurred by the Depositor of providing services hereunder the Trustee may rely, and shall be charged against the Income and Capital Accounts as specified in Section 3.
