Administrative Support Services. The Union shall have access to College administrative support services when such services do not interfere with College business.

Administrative Support Services. The Company has entered into an administrative support agreement (the “Administrative Agreement”) with the Sponsor in the form filed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement pursuant to which such entity will make available to the Company general and administrative support services including office space, utilities, receptionist and secretarial support for the Company’s use for $10,000 per month.

Administrative Support Services. The Company and CO2 Energy Transition, LLC, an affiliate of the Sponsor, have entered into an agreement substantially in the form annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement (the “Administrative Services Agreement”), pursuant to which CO2 Energy Transition, LLC will make available to the Company general and administrative services including office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support for the Company’s use for $10,000 per month payable for up to eighteen (18) months, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement.

Administrative Support Services. Customer understands the Core and Optimum service levels are designed for Administrative Support for the Office 365 platform. End User Help Desk “How-To” questions on application use are not included with MSx Office 365. Support for locally installed Office applications and Customer devices (including but not limited desktop and laptop computers, and mobile devices) are not part of this service but may be available as part of TPx’s MSx Endpoints – Workstations service.

Administrative Support Services. During the Employment Period and during the two-year period thereafter, the Executive shall be entitled to receive administrative support services from the Company that are comparable to those provided generally to the Company’s executive officers and shall include a furnished office in the Company’s corporate headquarters, the services (which may be shared) of a full-time administrative assistant and computer and telephonic communication services (email, voicemail and fax). It is understood that these services would not be provided to the Executive following a Termination (as defined below), a Termination For Cause (as defined below) or his Disability (as defined below).

Administrative Support Services. PNC GIS will perform the following administrative support services as requested by each Fund: (a) Assist in the development of shareholder communications including mergers and acquisitions communications (new funds, name changes, change notifications, stickers, prospectus updates), tax guides, (service level agreement standards overview), and as reasonably requested by the Fund; (b) Provide performance reporting materials such as monthly and quarterly Fund fact sheets, highlights and third-party rating sheets and product guides; and (c) Review Allegiant Fund websites for current and compliant information.

Administrative Support Services. The Employer will provide administrative support services to the Committee, as needed. The person(s) performing these functions shall not be a member of the Committee. These services shall be under the direction of the chairperson(s) and shall include:  the distribution of all Committee correspondence to the Committee chairperson(s) The administrative support person will have no voice or decision-making role, but will attend meetings as required.

The Deputy Minister is responsible for ensuring that the Ministry is providing the Centre with the administrative support services listed in Schedule 3 to this MOU, and for negotiating with Ontario Shared Services (if required) concerning these services. ii. The Deputy Minister shall ensure that the support or services provided to the Centre are of the same quality and standard as are provided to the Ministry’s own divisions and branches.

Administrative Support Services. The Company and UNSDG Acquisition LLC have entered into an agreement (“Services Agreement”) substantially in the form annexed as an exhibit to the Registration Statement pursuant to which UNSDG Acquisition LLC will make available to the Company general and administrative services including office space, utilities and secretarial and administrative support for the Company’s use for $10,000 per month payable for up to 18 months, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in the Services Agreement.
