BUDGET PRIORITIES AND CONSIDERATIONS. 11 (a) The District shall not be required to allocate any other funds for the Program set 12 forth in this Article except those funds provided by the Legislature for its 13 implementation. 14 (b) The Joint Panel shall annually recommend to the Board of Education a budget to 15 fund the direct program and administrative expenses of the Peer Assistance and 16 Review Program set forth in this Article.

4 (c) The Program plan/budget will include planning and training. The annual stipend 5 for the bargaining unit members on the Joint Panel shall be $3,000. The stipend 6 shall be paid tenthly.
