Building Class Load Relief Funds. The district will establish a pool of $100,000 for the purpose of paying general education teachers and itinerant staff to attend IEP meetings outside their contracted work day. The pool will be managed by the Executive Director of Human Resources. (Reference Implementation Memo “What Qualifies as an IEP Meeting”) In addition, two hundred thirty-two thousand dollars ($232,000) will be distributed among the buildings according to October 1 student head count of special education, EL, and 504 students. Use of this funding will be determined by a building committee comprised of the building administrator and employees. The sole purpose of these funds is to relieve workload problems created by the presence of seven or more high needs students, including, but not limited to, EL students and those students with IEPs or 504 plans, who are assigned to regular education classrooms. Provision of these additional funds shall be contingent on the successful passage of the District’s Maintenance and Operations Levies at the maximum capacity provided by state law. Classload relief, if provided, shall be funded from Building Class Load Relief Funds.

Building Class Load Relief Funds. Each school building, except Maplewood Center, Alderwood Early Childhood Center, and Options shall receive four thousand dollars ($4,000) annually for the purpose of resolving class load issues not addressed by the provisions in Section 6.7.A & B above. Maplewood Center, Alderwood Early Childhood Center, and Options shall each receive two thousand dollars ($2,000) annually. In addition, two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) will be provided to be distributed among the buildings according to October 1 student head count for the same purpose Use of this additional funding will be determined by a building committee comprised of the building administrator and employees. Emphasis will be given to workload problems created by the presence of seven (7) or more special needs students (IEP, ELL, 504) in a regular ed classroom. Provision of these additional funds shall be contingent on the successful passage of the District’s Maintenance and Operations Levies at the maximum capacity provided by state law. Classload relief, if provided, shall be funded from Building Class Load Relief Funds.

  • Reductions in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be reduced (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Exchangeable Notes for MAC Notes), without any corresponding payment of principal, by the amount of the reduction, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-down Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(b) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-down Amounts that are allocable to Exchangeable Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to reduce the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.

  • Allocation of Subordinate Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Senior Reduction Amount and the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Subordinate Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Increases in Class Principal Balances of the Notes On each Payment Date on or prior to the Termination Date, the Class Principal Balance of each Class of Original Notes will be increased (in each case without regard to any exchanges of Class M Notes for MAC Notes) by the amount of the increase, if any, in the Class Notional Amount of the Corresponding Class of Reference Tranche due to the allocation of Tranche Write-up Amounts to such Class of Reference Tranche on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 3.03(c) above. If on the Maturity Date or any Payment Date a Class of MAC Notes is outstanding, all Tranche Write-up Amounts that are allocable to Class M Notes that were exchanged for such MAC Notes will be allocated to increase the Class Principal Balances or Notional Principal Amounts, as applicable, of such MAC Notes in accordance with the exchange proportions applicable to the related Combination.

  • Surplus; Shortage and Deficiency of Funds In accordance with RESPA, if there is a surplus of Funds held in escrow, Xxxxxx will account to Borrower for such surplus. If Xxxxxxxx’s Periodic Payment is delinquent by more than 30 days, Xxxxxx may retain the surplus in the escrow account for the payment of the Escrow Items. If there is a shortage or deficiency of Funds held in escrow, Lender will notify Borrower and Borrower will pay to Lender the amount necessary to make up the shortage or deficiency in accordance with RESPA. Upon payment in full of all sums secured by this Security Instrument, Xxxxxx will promptly refund to Borrower any Funds held by Xxxxxx.

  • Medical Certificates (a) An employee who has given the Employer notice of their intention to take paid or unpaid parental leave, or unpaid partner leave shall provide the Employer with a medical certificate from a registered medical practitioner naming the employee, or the employee’s partner, confirming the pregnancy and estimated date of birth.

  • Allocation of Senior Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Senior Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:

  • Corresponding Class of Reference Tranches With respect to (i) the Class M-1 Notes, the Class M-1 Reference Tranche, (ii) the Class M-2 Notes, the Class M-2 Reference Tranche, (iii) the Class M-3A Notes, the Class M-3A Reference Tranche, (iv) the Class M-3B Notes, the Class M-3B Reference Tranche and (v) the Class B Notes, the Class B Reference Tranche.

  • Covering Classes Employees shall not be required to substitute for absent employees. Where substitutes cannot be obtained for an absent employee, temporary coverage will be worked out mutually by the principal and the affected employee. The principal shall establish a list of volunteers and shall rotate requests for coverage among those who volunteer. Where said lists have not been established, teachers shall not be subject to disciplinary action for refusal to cover classes. Employees who volunteer to increase their normal work load by covering the class of an absent employee when no substitute is available shall have their hourly rate increase by twenty-five ($25) dollars during the period spent covering a class (rounded to the nearest half hour). Employees who volunteer to increase their normal work load by accepting a portion of the students assigned to an absent employee in order to cover a class when no substitute is available shall have their daily rate increased by twenty- five ($25) dollars on those days when they accept a portion of the students assigned to an absent employee. Classes will be proportioned as equally as possible. In elementary schools where sufficient volunteers are available, classes shall be divided equally among at least four (4) employees. When volunteers substitute by covering other classes, they are responsible to provide adequate planning for their own classes for the following school day.

  • Holding and using a PayPal balance You will not receive interest or any other earnings on the money in your account. When you withdraw your money you need to have enough PayPal balance to cover the value of any withdrawal at the time of the withdrawal. See Adding or Withdrawing Money to know how to get a PayPal balance and how to withdraw it. If your PayPal balance shows a negative amount, this is the net amount you owe to us at the given time. Reserve account Money marked in your account overview as “pending”, “uncleared”, “held” or otherwise restricted or limited at any given time is held in the part of your account which acts as a reserve account. You cannot access and use money stored in the reserve account.
