Building Maintenance, Custodial and Landscaping. 1. The staffing model for building maintenance workers, custodians, furniture warehouse drivers, landscaping, maintenance department and utility workers in the operations department (as identified on the agreed upon list) shall not be reduced, except by attrition for those employees hired prior to March 1, 2009.
