Building Representatives. Individual school principals shall meet with Association building representatives at the request of either party at a mutually agreed upon time. The purpose of these meetings shall be to discuss the administration of this Agreement as it relates to that particular school and other matters of concern to either party, provided that neither the principal nor the Association building representatives have the authority to reach any decision which changes this Agreement.
