ASSOCIATION BULLETIN BOARD. 25.1: The Association shall be granted bulletin board space by the County for the following notices:
A. Notices of Association recreational and social events.
B. Notices of Association elections.
C. Notices of results of Association elections.
D. Notices of Association meetings.
ASSOCIATION BULLETIN BOARD. Bulletin boards will be provided within each teachers’ lounge for the posting of Association materials and information pertinent to the instructional process.
ASSOCIATION BULLETIN BOARD. The Employer agrees to provide one (1) bulletin board designated for the exclusive use of the Association for Association related activities. The Employer shall also provide adequate space in the driver's meeting room for maintaining the board. This agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2019 and shall continue in effect through June 30, 2022. 1. It shall be signed by the grievant.
2. It shall contain the date of the alleged violation.
3. It shall be specific.
4. It shall contain a summary of the facts giving rise to the alleged violation.
5. It shall cite the section(s) or sub-section(s) of this Agreement alleged to have been violated.

ASSOCIATION BULLETIN BOARD. 11.1 The Employer will provide enclosed bulletin boards that may be locked in each location of a time clock.
11.2 The Association shall have the exclusive right to the use of these bulletin boards. In the event a dispute arises concerning the appropriateness of materials posted on the Association Bulletin Boards, the President of the Association will be advised by the University Human Resources Department of the nature of the dispute and the notices or bulletins in question will be removed from the bulletin boards until the dispute is resolved.

ASSOCIATION BULLETIN BOARD. The Town agrees to maintain the current bulletin board with a side set-off for use by the Association. The Association shall limit its posting of notices and bulletins to the bulletin board.
ASSOCIATION BULLETIN BOARD. There shall be a designated bulletin board or a reasonable section thereof, in the Sheriff’s Office, for use by the Association. All Association notices must be signed by the appropriate Association officer. All notices must bear the date of posting and date of removal and be removed promptly when they have served their purpose.

ASSOCIATION BULLETIN BOARD. A. The Association shall have a general use and information bulletin board. This bulletin board will have “Oregon City Police Employees’ Association” displayed on it. The general use bulletin board may contain information conveyed by letter and/or in memo format related to Association activities, meetings, endorsements or opinions about any matter related to legitimate concerns of Association members. However, campaign materials shall be restricted to the OCPEA’s locker room bulletin boards. The City may assume any item placed on the bulletin board has received approval to be posted from a member of the Association’s E-Board.
