Common use of Bulletin Boards and Intranet Clause in Contracts

Bulletin Boards and Intranet. The Medical Center shall provide space 15 for posting of Association notices and newsletters on a bulletin board designated by the 16 nursing supervisor in each nursing unit and accessible to all staff nurses. The 17 Association shall also be allowed to send email messages to groups of bargaining unit 18 employees utilizing the Intranet maintained by PeaceHealth, provided that the 19 Association follows the established procedures and approval process and that the 20 content of the messages or linked messages are not inflammatory or offensive in 21 nature. All notices allowed under this paragraph shall be limited to the date, time, place 22 and subject matter of proceedings, lists of Association committee members, notices of 23 joint Association/Medical Center committee activities, and references to the 24 Association’s website.
