Common use of Bulletin Boards and School Mails Clause in Contracts

Bulletin Boards and School Mails. The Association may use a portion of the staff lounge bulletin board, if available, for the purpose of posting Association materials. The Association also has the right to use the school mails to distribute association materials, provided it does not require the Board or its representatives to process or handle such mail. Employees may use the designated bulletin board space for the purpose of personal messages and items of interest which do not detract from the orderly performance of work or the ability of employees and/or supervisors to maintain and xxxxxx positive working and personal relationships at work.
