Bulletin Boards/Union Material. The Union shall be provided bulletin board space at each College; for the posting of notices and other materials relating to Union activities. The bulletin boards allocated shall be identified with the name of the Union and only the Union Chapter Chairperson or his designee shall have the authority to place official Union material in the designated location for bargaining unit members. The Union will also be provided a location in the vicinity of the Security Department office where official Union material may be placed.
