UNION RECOGNITION AND DEFINITIONS. SECTION 1 The CITY recognizes the UNION as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining representative of police officers, sergeants, lieutenants, and captains, but excluding the Police Chief, Deputy Chiefs, and all part-time and seasonal employees.
UNION RECOGNITION AND DEFINITIONS. A. Recognition. The Board of Trustees of Community Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xx. 000, Xxxxxx xx Xxxx, State of Illinois, recognizes the City Colleges Police Officers Association (CCPOA); a chapter of the Xxxx County College Teachers Union, Local 1600, IFT/AFT, AFL-CIO, as the exclusive bargaining representative for all Security Officers, Security Assistants (formerly known as “Security Aides”), Leads, and Security Secretaries, excluding Chief of Security, Security Directors, Assistant Security Directors, Security Liaisons, Supervisors, Confidential Employees, Managerial Employees and Students, and all of the employees excluded under the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act (hereinafter referred to as the “IELRA”) in matters regarding salaries, fringe benefits, and working conditions.
UNION RECOGNITION AND DEFINITIONS. The Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 508 recognizes the Xxxx County College Teachers Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for all full-time faculty members and training specialists except Presidents, Deans, Vice Presidents, Assistant Deans, and employees of the Central Administration, who are not specifically covered by this Agreement or by separate agreements regarding salaries, fringe benefits, and working conditions. The term “faculty member,” or “teacher,” and the term “training specialists” as used in this Agreement means a person in the bargaining unit employed by the Board. Regardless of newly created or changed job titles, no positions in the bargaining unit shall be eliminated where there is no substantial change in job duties or responsibilities.
UNION RECOGNITION AND DEFINITIONS. 3.01 The Employer recognizes the United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union (United Steelworkers) Local 9705 as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all Employees included in the bargaining unit in accordance with the certification issued by the Labour Relations Board.
