Bullying and Harassment. 41.1 The employer will not condone bullying or harassment (including racial or sexual harassment) of or by RMOs. Where an instance is substantiated to the employer’s satisfaction appropriate action will be taken by the employer. This action will include ensuring there are no adverse impacts on the training or employment opportunities of the injured party.
