Bump Back Privileges. A. An employee ranked higher than Police Officer who is laid off, takes a voluntary reduction, or is reduced in rank by the City may bump back to any lower classification within the bargaining unit which the employee has previously held and successfully completed probation for the City. If this occurs, the result is a layoff in that lower classification according to the criteria in Section 4.06. For the purpose of this section, all Detectives and Sergeants promoted or appointed prior to January 1, 2005, shall be considered to have successfully completed probation for the City for the lower classification.

Bump Back Privileges. A. For so long as they remain positions within the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement, all promotions to the positions of Corporal and Sergeant shall be made from within the bargaining unit, provided there are qualified applicants for the position, as determined in accordance with applicable Civil Service regulations and procedures. A Sergeant or Corporal who does not successfully complete his/her promotional probationary period may bump back to his/her previous classification. Sergeants and Corporals who are laid off may bump back to any lower classification within the bargaining unit which the employee has previously held.
Bump Back Privileges. A. As provided in the LPIG collective bargaining agreement.

  • Rights Protection Mechanisms and Abuse Mitigation ­‐ Registry Operator commits to implementing and performing the following protections for the TLD:

  • Multiple Listing Service (MLS) Due to rules administered by the local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), all details of any transaction that are procured by the Agency may be used for publication in the MLS. Seller hereby consents to such publication on an unrestricted basis whereas the Agency must comply with all applicable MLS rules to allow data about the Property to be shown and made available by the MLS in addition to other internet websites. MLS rules generally provide that any property entered into its database be updated within forty-eight (48) hours, or some other period of time, after all necessary signatures have been obtained in regard to the Property. Seller has the right to prohibit any and all publication of information in regard to a transfer of the Property. In order to exercise this right, the Seller is required to authorize a separate addendum provided by the Agency and attach to this Agreement.

  • Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:

PURCHASER agrees to cooperate with surveying efforts of STATE or its contractors. In no event shall STATE be liable for any costs incurred by PURCHASER by reason of delay or suspension under this section, including but not limited to costs of additional move-in/move-out of equipment and personnel, extra fire and equipment security, and insurance or bonding expenses.
