Business Promotion. 1. Party A and Party B both agree that they must plan jointly the business promotion activities for the designated VIP Room; Party B shall be responsible for the funds needed.
2. The contents of all promotion activity arrangement and publicity material must be reviewed and approved by Party A before they can be used or published.
Business Promotion. The Dealer shall be obliged to promote the sale of the products & services provided by Monarch in the assigned territory in an effective manner. The Dealer shall watch over the interest of Monarch with all the diligence expected of a good Dealer and shall keep Monarch informed of the Dealer’s activities, as well as the market conditions in the assigned territory.
Business Promotion. Pathologists shall assist Veracyte, at Veracyte’s expense (which expenses shall be approved in advance by Veracyte), with promotion of the business as mutually agreed upon by the Parties. Pathologists shall also participate in Veracyte’s branding and marketing programs as necessary to establish a unity of purpose in providing high quality technical and professional services to Veracyte’s clients, all in compliance with the Laws applicable to the provision of clinical laboratory and pathology services under this Agreement. All marketing and promotion activities (which shall not include Pathologists’ physician recruiting activities) shall be conducted solely at the direction of, as approved by, and in consultation with Veracyte. Veracyte shall have sole right and authority to approve the content and placement of any and all marketing and promotional materials relating to the Services provided under this Agreement.
Business Promotion. The Parties confirm that the channel platform of the current online transactions shall be Party B`s Website. Party B shall actively promote this cooperative business so that the users can gradually connect the online transaction channel via multiple platforms and realize the securities transactions and online purchase of other products of Party A.
Business Promotion. In the terms of the present agreement, the DISTRIBUTOR reiterates his commitment to work in promoting the Company’s business, brands, products, and goodwill. In furtherance of the same, the DISTRIBUTOR agrees to support and assist the Company in the brand/product promotion exercises undertaken from time to time, through sales promotion exercises/schemes/ contests/ trade discounts/ and also upon Company instructions to build and/or maintain a prominent display of all brands of Company’s products in his premises and the markets covered by the DISTRIBUTOR. Distributor is required to be equally financially invested as the company to promote brand awareness/ sales in their respective territories.
Business Promotion. 13.1 In the terms of the present agreement the DISTRIBUTOR reiterates hiscommitment to work in promoting Qsinebusiness, brands, products andGoodwill. In furtherance of the same the DISTRIBUTOR agrees to support andassist Qsine in the brand / product promotion exercise undertaken from time to time, through sales promotion exercises /schemes /contests/tradediscounts /and also upon Xxxxx‘s instructions to build and /or to maintain aprominent display of all the brands of Qsine’s products in his premises and in the markets covered by the DISTRIBUTOR.
Business Promotion. Party A shall use its other company resources in assisting Party B to expand the effect and scale of its business.
Business Promotion a) Ensure wider publicity to these courses among potential learners community and motivate students, parents, teachers and guardians, participate and join group marketing activities with Service Providers or RKCL.
b) Actively participate in all group marketing events organized by Service Providers or RKCL.
Business Promotion. 4.3.1 Actively to promote the Project and to exercise best endeavours in the conduct of the Project to promote the mutual business interests of the Franchisor and the Franchisee and shall cause to be provided at the Location such of the Products as are stipulated by the Franchisor from time to time.
4.3.2 As part of its endeavours to promote the Project, to organize a Media Conference at the time of launch and to organize such other promotional activities including but not limited to media promotions, brochure drops and on-location merchandising display as are mutually decided by the Parties from time to time.
Business Promotion. In the terms of the present agreement the DISTRIBUTOR reiterates his commitment to work in promoting Genus India's business, brands, products and goodwill. In furtherance of the same the DISTRIBUTOR agrees to support and assist Genus India in the brand/product promotion exercises undertaken from time to time, through sales promotion exercises/schemes/ contests/ trade discounts/ and also upon Genus India instructions to build and/or maintain a prominent display of all brands of Genus India's products in his premises and in the markets covered by the DISTRIBUTOR.
