Marketing Programs. The Licensor's IP shall be disclosed by the Licensor to Licensee through documents, electronic or magnetic means. In view of the foregoing, any unauthorized use by Licensee of the IP provided by the Licensor pursuant to this Agreement, shall be construed as disclosure of the IP of the Licensor and shall, therefore, entitle the Licensor to exercise all of the legal actions derived from any applicable law and/or regulations the Licensor may deem convenient.
Marketing Programs. From time to time, the SCE Company may invite Publisher to participate in promotional or advertising opportunities that may feature one or more Licensed Products from one or more Licensed Publishers. Participation shall be voluntary and subject to terms to be determined at the time of the opportunity. In the event Publisher elects to participate, all materials submitted by Publisher to the SCE Company shall be submitted subject to the Guidelines and delivery of such materials to the SCE Company shall constitute acceptance by Publisher of the terms of the offer. Each Affiliate shall be entitled to display and otherwise use the Attribution Line on its multi-product marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sony Computer Entertainment Europe
Marketing Programs. Ingram may offer marketing programs to Vendor including but not limited to launch programs and reseller pass through opportunities. If Vendor elects to participate, Vendor agrees to pay such funds as may be required for this purpose. Vendor shall prepay all marketing activities until a mutually agreed upon sell through rate is achieved.
Marketing Programs. 24/7 and TW will jointly define marketing programs and budgets through written marketing plans updated no less frequently than every six (6) months. In the event of a disagreement, 24/7 shall have the final controlling rights on all marketing and promotion of the joint services (including but not limited to presentation, copy, format, design, script development, etc.) subject to non-contravention of existing agreements, laws or regulations, and subject to reasonable limits on costs to be incurred by TW.

Included in each tenant orientation packet will be information on the buildings transportation demand management programs, including the Rideshare program. Furthermore, throughout the year, email blasts will be sent to all tenants alerting them to incentives/events (such as free bike tune-up day) encouraging participation in these programs.
