Buy American and Hire American. Contractor shall comply with any applicable provisions of the Buy American Act (41 U.S.C. section 83-1 through 8305 and any other applicable statutes, regulations or rules that require, or provide a preference for, the purchase or acquisition of goods, products, or material produced in the United States.
