BUY MORE TIME. 14.08.01 The Company will allow each employee the opportunity to purchase one (1) additional vacation week per vacation year. An employee may request a second week which is subject to management approval. If an employee with 15 years of seniority or more wishes to secure a second week, it will be made available to the employee. Selection and payment option will be done according to the Buy More Time policy. Note: Weeks granted under the buy more time program are equal to forty (40) hours for Full Time employees and twenty (20) hours for Part-Time employees
