Common use of C ompensation Clause in Contracts

C ompensation. Employees shall be compensated at their regular rate of pay for all time spent on Employer-established committees and contract committees set forth in this Article 20 when as members of the committee, they are required to attend committee meetings, or are serving on ad hoc or sub-committees established by the standing committees, and with prior approval, for time spent in preparation and presentation of projects required by the Employer. Paid time will apply for meetings that occur during scheduled work days and during time off.
