CAF Loans. (a) The Company may borrow CAF Loans from time to time on any Business Day (in the case of CAF Loans made pursuant to a Fixed Rate Auction Advance Request) or any Working Day (in the case of CAF Loans made pursuant to a LIBOR Auction Advance Request) during the period from the Closing Date until the date occurring 14 days prior to the Termination Date in the manner set forth in this subsection 2.2 and in amounts such that the Aggregate Outstanding Extensions of Credit of all Banks at any time shall not exceed the aggregate amount of the Commitments for all Banks at such time.

CAF Loans. The Company may borrow CAF Loans from time to time on any Business Day (in the case of CAF Loans made pursuant to a Fixed Rate Auction Advance Request) or any Working Day (in the case of CAF Loans made pursuant to a LIBOR Auction Advance Request) during the period from the Closing Date until the date occurring 14 days prior to the Termination Date in the manner set forth in this subsection 2.2 and in amounts such that the Aggregate Outstanding Extensions of Credit of all Banks at any time shall not exceed the aggregate amount of the Commitments at such time. The Company shall request CAF Loans by delivering a CAF Loan Request to the CAF Loan Agent, not later than 12:00 Noon (New York City time) four Working Days prior to the proposed Borrowing Date (in the case of a LIBOR Auction Advance Request), and not later than 10:00 A.M. (New York City time) one Business Day prior to the proposed Borrowing Date (in the case of a Fixed Rate Auction Advance Request). Each CAF Loan Request may solicit bids for CAF Loans in an aggregate principal amount of $10,000,000 or an integral multiple of $1,000,000 in excess thereof and for not more than three alternative maturity dates for such CAF Loans. The maturity date for each CAF Loan (x) if made pursuant to a Fixed Rate Auction Advance Request, shall be not less than 7 days nor more than 360 days after the Borrowing Date therefor (and in any event not after the Termination Date) and (y) if made pursuant to a LIBOR Auction Advance Request, shall be one, two, three, six, nine or twelve months after the Borrowing Date therefor (and in any event not after the Termination Date). The CAF Loan Agent shall promptly notify each CAF Loan Bank by facsimile transmission of the contents of each CAF Loan Request received by it. In the case of a LIBOR Auction Advance Request, upon receipt of notice from the CAF Loan Agent of the contents of such CAF Loan Request, any CAF Loan Bank that elects, in its sole discretion, to do so, shall irrevocably offer to make one or more CAF Loans at the Applicable LIBOR Auction Advance Rate plus or minus a margin for each such CAF Loan determined by such CAF Loan Bank in its sole discretion.   • Bid Loans The Company shall repay each Bid Loan on the last day of the Interest Period in respect thereof.

  • Revolving Loan Borrowings (i) Each Borrowing of Revolving Loans shall be made on notice given by a Borrower to the Revolving and LC Administrative Agent not later than 11:00 a.m. (New York time) (A) on the Business Day of the proposed Borrowing, in the case of a Borrowing of Base Rate Loans and (B) three Business Days prior to the date of the proposed Borrowing, in the case of a Borrowing of Eurodollar Rate Loans. Each such notice shall be in substantially the form of Exhibit C-2 (a “Notice of Revolving Borrowing”) (or shall be made by telephone and the same information shall be confirmed promptly thereafter in writing), specifying (1) the date of such proposed Borrowing, (2) the aggregate amount of such proposed Borrowing, (3) whether any portion of the proposed Borrowing will be of Base Rate Loans or Eurodollar Rate Loans, (4) the initial Interest Period or Interest Periods for any such Eurodollar Rate Loans, and (5) remittance instructions. The Revolving Loans shall be made as Base Rate Loans unless, subject to Section 2.17, the Notice of Revolving Borrowing specifies that all or a portion thereof shall be Eurodollar Rate Loans. Each Borrowing of Revolving Loans shall be in an aggregate amount that is an integral multiple of $1,000,000.00 (or $500,000.00 with respect to Swing Loans) and shall be allocated ratably in accordance with each Revolving Lender’s Revolving Commitment.

  • Revolving Loans The Borrower shall repay to the Lenders on the Maturity Date the aggregate principal amount of all Revolving Loans outstanding on such date.

  • Type of Loans Subject to Section 2.12, each Borrowing shall be comprised entirely of ABR Loans or Eurodollar Loans as the Borrower may request in accordance herewith. Each Lender at its option may make any Eurodollar Loan by causing any domestic or foreign branch or Affiliate of such Lender to make such Loan; provided that any exercise of such option shall not affect the obligation of the Borrower to repay such Loan in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
