Common use of Calculating Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Calculating Leave Entitlement. It is understood and agreed by all parties hereto that with respect to all earned annual leave, whether prorated or a full annual leave entitlement, a Police Service member’s entitlement to such leave shall be calculated from the date of such member’s commencement of employment with the City.
