CALCULATION OF CONTRACT TIME. When the contract time is on a working day basis, the total contract time allowed for the performance of the work shall be the number of working days shown in the contract plus any additional working days authorized in writing as provided hereinafter. Refer to ARTICLE 1, DEFINITIONS for the definition of Working Day. The count of elapsed working days to be charged against contract time shall begin from the date of the Notice to Proceed and shall continue consecutively to the date of Project Acceptance determined by the Project Manager. When the contract completion time is a fixed calendar date, it shall be the date on which all work on the project shall be completed. Maintenance periods are not included within the contract time unless specifically noted in the Contract Documents. Failure to complete the work by contract completion date shall not terminate the Contract.

  • Calculation of Overtime If the overtime work has been carried out before as well as after the regular working hours during a certain day, the overtime periods shall be added together. Only full half hours are included in the calculation.

  • Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed. In no event shall the amount of this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”]. The breakdown of charges associated with this Agreement appears in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” A portion of payment may be withheld until conclusion of the Agreement if agreed to by both Parties as retainage, described in Appendix B. In no event shall City be liable for interest or late charges for any late payments. City will not honor minimum service order charges for any services covered by this Agreement.

  • Calculation of Time For the purposes of this Agreement, “days” refers to calendar days unless otherwise specified.

  • Proration of calculations If less than total program funding is subject to interest calculation procedures, the resulting interest liability calculations shall be prorated to 100% of program funding.

  • Interest Calculation Interest on the outstanding principal balance of the Loan shall be calculated by multiplying (a) the actual number of days elapsed in the period for which the calculation is being made by (b) a daily rate based on a three hundred sixty (360) day year by (c) the outstanding principal balance.
