Calculation of Seniority - Casual Employees. Casual employees shall not accrue any seniority until such time as they obtain either full time or part time regular employee status under this Agreement. Casual employees who move from casual to either full time regular or part time regular status and who do not experience a break in continuous service of more than thirty (30) days shall have their seniority credited back to the beginning of their most recent period of employment.
