CalFresh E&T Assessment. The Contractor shall assist when required by ACSSA staff with conducting an Assessment interview for newly enrolled CalFresh E&T participants. This Assessment interview will consist of a detailed comprehensive evaluation of the overall work readiness of all program participants as well as an Assessment of their employment skills, employment aspirations, work history, and educational level. The Assessment also includes a comprehensive screening for barrier identification and a detailed explanation of available services pertaining to learning disability screenings, substance abuse, mental health, domestic violence, childcare, transportation, and ancillary expenses. The emphasis in this phase of the process is to identify if the participant is employment ready.
