Common use of Call-Back Pay for Other Clause in Contracts

Call-Back Pay for Other. Than Full-time Employees: Employees who are called by the District to respond to an emergency at work outside of their regular work hours will receive a minimum of two hours pay at their appropriate contractual rate of pay. Compensation shall begin when the employees receive the phone call and ends when they leave the facility, or are released by the supervisor. Except Security employees, see Article 18
