CALL BACK PROCEDURES. 1. Emergency Call Backs (i.e. station coverage or working incident) shall be completed using the overtime list until the staffing needs are met. 2. Emergency Call Back or Order Back hours of four (4) hours or less shall not affect the employee’s position on the overtime list.
