Call-In Protocol. 27.01 The following general principals are for shifts that become available after the schedule is posted:

  • Call-in Procedure All calls shall be recorded in a log book maintained for the purpose which shall show the name of the employee called, the time of vacancy, the time that the call was made, the job required to be done, whether the employee accepts or declines the invitation to work or fails to answer the telephone, and the signature of person who made the call. In the event of a dispute the Union shall have reasonable access to these records and be entitled to make a photocopy of it at a mutually agreeable time.

  • Call-Ins (i) The Employee shall be paid for at least four hours at overtime rates.

  • Call-In A regular part-time or casual employee reporting to work at the call of the Employer for unscheduled work, except those on-call or on a call-back, shall be paid for all hours worked with a minimum of two (2) hours pay at their regular rate if the employee does not commence work, and a minimum of four (4) hours pay at the regular rate if the employee commences work.

  • Emergency Call-In When an employee is called in to perform unanticipated extra work, and the work is not an extension of his normal workday, he shall be compensated for the hours worked.   • Move-In Procedure The Resident must follow all move-in times, dates and procedures outlined by the Manager. The Resident will be notified of the date and time that the Resident may move into the Room. If the Resident wishes to move-in prior to the scheduled move-in day, the Resident may do so at the Manager’s then posted nightly rate and subject to availability (detailed in Table 1 & 3). Care is to be exercised in moving-in heavy objects to avoid damage to floor coverings, walls, doors and frames and any other part of the Residence. The Resident shall be responsible to pay forthwith to the Manager the cost of any damage to the Room or the Residence arising from the move-in.

  • Pricing for Registry Services (a) With respect to initial domain name registrations, Registry Operator shall provide ICANN and each ICANN accredited registrar that has executed the registry-­‐registrar agreement for the TLD advance written notice of any price increase (including as a result of the elimination of any refunds, rebates, discounts, product tying or other programs which had the effect of reducing the price charged to registrars, unless such refunds, rebates, discounts, product tying or other programs are of a limited duration that is clearly and conspicuously disclosed to the registrar when offered) of no less than thirty (30) calendar days. Registry Operator shall offer registrars the option to obtain initial domain name registrations for periods of one (1) to ten (10) years at the discretion of the registrar, but no greater than ten (10) years.

  • PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS Bids offering Products that are manufactured or produced in public institutions will be rejected.

  • MINIMUM CALL-IN If a member is called in for extra work, they shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hour pay at their straight hourly rate.

  • Minimum Call-In Time Any employee called in to work on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at the appropriate rate of pay under this Agreement.
