Minimum Call-In. In cases when employees in the Driver classification are called in to work on an Incentive Payroll System basis, and there is/are no deliveries or alternate “non- driving”, a flat rate of $92.50 will be paid, the employee must remain at the plant for the four hour period. After the four hour period the incentive Payroll System will apply in addition to the call in already paid.
