Call-in Provision. Outside Winter Control‌ When a Full-time Public Works employee is called-in by his immediate supervisor or designate, all hours actually worked by an employee, subject to Article 17 of this Agreement, shall be paid at a premium of one and one-half times (1.5x) the regular rate of pay, for a minimum of two (2) hours for each call in. This Article does not apply to Part-time Employees. The Employer agrees to provide at its expense a mobile telephone radio or paging device to the employee “on call”. If called to work, an employee shall be required to do only such emergency work as called for, or other emergency work that shall develop.

Call-in Provision. Section 11.1. Call-In Provision. A minimum of two (2) hours compensation at time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's regular rate of pay is guaranteed to any employee in the bargaining unit who is requested to and returns for duty, or is required to make a court appearance, at a time when he would not otherwise be on duty. If the "call-in" is less than two (2) hours prior to the regular starting time of the employee's shift, he shall receive time and one-half (1-1/2) up to the shift starting time only.
