Continuation of Benefits During Work Stoppage. In the event of a work stoppage the Employer agrees to maintain all insurance, including pension contributions and credits, on behalf of all employees. The Union agrees to reimburse the Employer for the premiums during this period.
Continuation of Benefits During Work Stoppage. In the event of a legal work stoppage and with the agreement of the Township insurer, the Employer agrees to maintain all insurance on behalf of all employees. The Union agrees to reimburse benefits as set out in Article 24.01 to the Agreement, to the Employer within thirty (30) working days of receipt of such invoices.
