Call Pay. Time spent on-call shall be compensated at the rate of $4.75 per hour. On-call pay will continue to be paid, in addition to the appropriate rate of pay, for any time worked during a call shift. If an RN is assigned on-call in excess of forty-eight (48) hours within a four-week posting period, the RN will be compensated at a rate of $6.00 per hour for all excess assigned hours.
