CALL PROGRESS. ‌ Once a call has been received by the Company from the Customer, the Company will contact the Customer to establish the exact nature of the problem and begin the fault resolution process. The Customer will be kept informed of progress on the call, including what action has been taken to resolve the problem and the time the call was closed.

  • Recall Process A. If employees are to be rehired, the Board shall determine the number of the positions to be filled and the number of employees to be recalled. If rehiring takes place within one year, then the employee shall be rehired within area of certification in inverse order of reduction.
