Common use of CALLBACK FROM STANDBY Clause in Contracts

CALLBACK FROM STANDBY. Any employee, when called back to duty from standby status, shall be compensated for the hours actually worked at one and one-half (1-1/2) times the equivalent hourly rate of their regular salary.
