Cambridgeshire and Peterborough recognise that for the Combined Authority to meet and exceed its ambitious targets for growth and wealth creation it needs to connect people and places. Better connecting the whole of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough has the potential to reduce city pressures and give the Cambridge hub access to wider areas of housing growth.
Cambridgeshire and Peterborough recognise the need to meet our communities’ desire for increased visibility and responsiveness of public services to day to day community safety (such as parking, speeding, anti-social behaviour, fly-tipping). This is alongside addressing the rising needs of the most vulnerable (such as the frail elderly, victims of domestic violence or child sexual exploitation).
Cambridgeshire is a multi authority police force area. The Authorities, as the relevant local authorities within the area must agree to the making and modification of the Panel Arrangements.
Cambridgeshire. County Council will ensure that the smoking cessation services provide support to pharmacies participating in the scheme and in service development. This support will include monthly contacts and regular face to face visits, bi annual forums within three geographical locations, quarterly newsletter, ongoing training programme, regular performance feedback.
Cambridgeshire is a police force area comprising seven (7) Authorities. The Authorities have each agreed to provide one elected member together with the Lead Authority and the Host Authority having the power to appoint the extra Members of the Panel.
Cambridgeshire. County Council provides a framework for the recording of relevant service information for the purposes of audit and the claiming of payment.
Cambridgeshire. County Council is responsible for the promotion of the service locally, including the development of publicity materials, which pharmacies can use to promote the service to the public.
Cambridgeshire. County Council will be responsible for issuing press releases on behalf of the JAC and dealing with any press enquiries. Press releases issued on behalf of the JAC will be agreed with the Chairman or Vice- Chairman and circulated to all JAC members.
13. MEMBERS’ CONDUCT
13.1 Councillors and members of the Police Authority must abide by their Code of Conduct. Meetings of the JAC will be treated as official Committee meetings for the purpose of the rules about declarations of interest.
Cambridgeshire. County Council reimburses the pharmacy for the cost of NRT based on information that the Pharmacy sends.
Cambridgeshire. Together is the partnership responsible for directing and overseeing progress on delivering this delivery plan and has a key role in providing community leadership and effective, efficient and joined up delivery of services.
