Training Programme. In the event that the Employer should introduce new methods or machines which require new or greater skills than are possessed by employees under the present methods of operation, such employees shall, at the expense of the Employer, be given a minimum period, not to exceed one (1) year, during which they may perfect or acquire the skills necessitated by the new methods of operation. There shall be no change in wage or salary rates during the training period of any such employee and no reduction in pay upon being reclassified in the new position.

Training Programme. Set out a written description of Xxxxxxxx’ training programme (which may be an extract from Xxxxxxxx’ Pupillage Policy). Note: The BSB requires that the Training Programme should identify: Details of the training that will be undertake and the supervision arrangements normally be expected in the non-practising and practising periods of pupillage, the frequency of appraisals or performance reviews and how final assessment against the competences in the BSB’s Professional Statement will be conducted (Authorisation Framework);11 Details of the compulsory courses [and examinations] outside xxxxxxxx that the pupil will be required by the BSB to complete during the pupillage year;12 How assessment against the competences in the BSB Professional Statement will be conducted both at the end of the non-practising period and at the end of the practising period of pupillage; and Details of the course of action to be taken if, by reason of an extended period of absence from training due to sickness or other extenuating circumstances or in the absence of an appropriate pupil supervisor, there is a risk that the pupil will be unable to demonstrate the achievement of the competences set out in the BSB’s Professional Statement prior to the completion of pupillage (Bar Qualification Manual Part 2 C3).13
Training Programme. ▪ At the start of training, the level of training the apprentice can attain and the associated training programme are identified. This is done by the regional training centre, in cooperation with the joint training centre. An independent diagnostic test is used for this purpose. The employer and the apprentice agree on the associated (working) conditions. ▪ If the employee completed their BBL 2 training with the employer while they, according to the initial test, were also found to be capable of achieving as BBL level 3, that employer is obliged to conclude an employment contract and a practical training contract for the duration of the BBL 3 training course at the apprentice’s request. If the employer at that point doubts that BBL level 3 is achievable, another independent diagnostic test has to be conducted. Should the test results show that the employer's doubts are justified, it need not enter into an employment contract and BBL 3 practical training contract with this employee.

Training Programme. 7.2.1 A full rolling training programme will be available to all users detailing the relevant training sessions available. The Systems Support Team will ensure the programme contains sessions covering the main functions and processes of the systems. 7.2.2 A standard online training request form will need to be submitted electronically to be allocated a place on a session. 7.2.3 An appointment will be sent via email with confirmation once a place has been allocated. This will detail the date, time and location of the session. 7.2.4 Additional training sessions can be developed and delivered on an ad-hoc basis following requests for the relevant manager and following approval for the Systems Support Team Manager.

Training Programme. The beneficiary will be informed and will agree a clearly defined work program with the host organisation (Training Agreement). Then, this document will be signed by the Faculty tutor for placements before being handed to the Xxxx’x office for approval by the Faculty or the specific commission. If the Training Agreement cannot be approved by the sending institution before the beginning of the placement, the beneficiary could, assuming any risk, decide to start the training even if the training agreement has not been approved yet.
Training Programme. Public Works 30.01 Upon application in writing to the Director of Public Works Operations, the City agrees to select suitable employees subject to Article 15.04 for supervised training when time permits. While being trained and until such time as these trainees are certified by the Director of Public Works Operations as being qualified, their hourly rate of pay will remain as the rate paid upon selection as trainees and upon qualification may be reclassified, subject to vacancy. When an employee is posted to a vacant position which requires training, a thirty (30) working day or forty-five (45) calendar trial period pursuant to Article 15.05, shall be considered as a training period.
