Canadian Citizenship Hearing. An Employee shall be granted one (1) day's leave of absence with pay for the purpose of attending a formal hearing to obtain their Canadian Citizenship provided the Employee notifies the Employer of the hearing at least seven (7) in advance and presents proof of attendance.
