Common use of Canadian Joint Grievance Panel Clause in Contracts

Canadian Joint Grievance Panel. The parties may, upon mutual agreement, refer any outstanding grievance to the Canadian Joint Grievance Panel process. The Panel decision shall be final and binding on the Parties. The Panel shall not have the authority to change this Agreement or to alter, modify or amend any of its provisions.
