Cancellation After Opening. If school is canceled for students after employees have reported for their scheduled work, bargaining unit members (exclusive of Day Care and Latch Key Aides) shall be dismissed and excused from work for the balance of the school day without loss of pay.

  • Cancellation Terms The contract is concluded between the member and the Caisse two (2) business days following the member's receipt of this agreement (the "Effective Date"). The member is deemed to have received this agreement five (5) business days after it has been mailed or after the date of receipt in AccèsD, as applicable.   • CANCELLATION ASSESSMENTS UCF DHRL will charge fees and/or assessments if this agreement is cancelled by action of the Student or UCF DHRL. The amount of the cancellation assessment is not a penalty, but liquidated damages to compensate UCF DHRL for lost rental revenue, additional administrative costs, and lost opportunity costs arising from and related to the cancellation of the agreement. Cancellation assessments are due and payable upon the date the cancellation request is submitted to UCF DHRL. Cancellation assessments will be charged and appear on the Student’s UCF student account in the semester the cancellation request is submitted and will be included as outstanding rental amounts for the purpose of determining late fees.

  • CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Should a student’s enrollment be terminated or cancelled for any reason, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule:

  • Cancellation OSS Charge 2.13.4.1 <<customer_name>> will incur an OSS charge for an accepted LSR that is later canceled by <<customer_name>>. Note: Supplements or clarifications to a previously billed LSR will not incur another OSS charge.
