Cancellation by the Hirer. If the Hirer cancels the booking before the date of the event and the Hall is unable to conclude a replacement booking, the Hall may, at its discretion, require a further payment of hire fees or withhold part of the special deposits and hire charge already paid.
Cancellation by the Hirer. If you wish to cancel the booking before the date of the event and we are unable to conclude a replacement booking, we may, at our complete discretion, require payment of the hire fee. Where a security advance has been paid, this will be returned in full.

No-Show or cancellation 48 hours or less 100% cancellation fee The management reserves the right to cancel a hiring by written notice to the Hirer in the event of the Premises being required for use as a Polling Station for a Parliamentary or Local Government election or bye-election or referendum or if the management reasonably consider that: Such hiring may lead to a breach of the licensing conditions, or other legal or statutory requirements, or Unlawful or unsuitable activities may take place at the Premises as a result of the hiring, or The Premises have become unfit for the use intended by the Hirer In any such case the Hirer shall be entitled to a refund of any deposit or hire fees already paid, but the management shall not be liable for any resulting direct or indirect loss or damages whatsoever.
Cancellation by the Hirer. A £20 retention from the booking sum will be applicable for cancellation on the day of the booking subject to the Aquatic team based upon the circumstances of the cancellation.
Cancellation by the Hirer. The following will apply if a Booking is cancelled by a Casual Hirer:
Cancellation by the Hirer. 3.1. Where notice of cancellation is given by the hirer to the School Council not less than three calendar months before the time for which the premises are booked, such notice must be given in writing and any deposit paid by the hirer shall be refunded by the School Council.
3.2. Where notice of cancellation is given less than three calendar months before the time for which the premises are booked, any deposit paid by the hirer shall be considered by the School Council to be forfeited.
Cancellation by the Hirer. 6.1) If the event is cancelled between 28 and 42 days from the event date, 50% of the estimated booking value will be charged. Please note the specific cancellation policy for the use of the Main Theatre, Hexagon Theatre and Foyle Studio.
6.2) If the event is cancelled between 0 and 28 days from the event date, 100% of the estimated booking value will be charged. Please note the specific cancellation policy for the use of the Main Theatre, Hexagon Theatre and Foyle Studio.
6.3) If an event in our Main Theatre, Hexagon Theatre or Foyle Studio is cancelled between 60 and 90 days from the event date, 50% of the estimated booking value will be charged. If an event in our Main Theatre, Hexagon Theatre and Foyle Studio is cancelled between 0 and 60 days, 100% of the estimated booking value will be charged.
