Cancellation; Modification of Orders. User agrees that any requests regarding cancellation or modification of orders shall be subject to Exchange Rules. User understands that the Exchange Rules may provide that requests to cancel orders while the order is routed away to another market center and remains outside Exchange will be processed by Cboe Trading subject to the applicable trading rules of the relevant market center.

Cancellation; Modification of Orders. You acknowledge that it may not be possible to cancel/modify an order and that you are responsible for executions notwithstanding a cancel/modify request. DFAL shall not be liable to you if DFAL is unable to cancel or modify an order.
