Cancellation or Modification of Orders. Customer shall be obligated to purchase from WSECO the Services and Goods specified in an Order. Cancellation or modification of all or part of any Order is subject to WSECO’s prior written consent in each instance. If cancellation or modification is allowed, Customer agrees to pay to WSECO all expenses incurred, and damage sustained by WSECO as a result of such cancellation or modification.

Cancellation or modification of all or part of any Order is subject to Xxxxxxxx’x prior written consent in each instance. If cancellation or modification is allowed, Xxxxxxxx agrees to pay to Xxxxxxxx all expenses incurred and damage sustained by Xxxxxxxx as a result of such cancellation or modification.
Cancellation or Modification of Orders. Before acceptance or rejection of any order by Vendor, AOL may rescind or modify, in whole or in part in its sole discretion, such order. AOL shall have no liability to Vendor for an order cancelled pursuant to this Subsection 1.4.1.
Cancellation or Modification of Orders. Orders shall not be subject to cancellation or modification by Buyer in whole or in part (a) without Seller’s written consent and (b) payment of a reasonable cancellation charge for applicable costs of purchased materials and engineering costs incurred or for which Seller is obligated prior to cancellation or modification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer may not cancel or modify the order under any circumstances, if special or custom products are ordered from Seller.
Cancellation or Modification of Orders. (i) Before acceptance or rejection of any Order by Vendor, AOL may rescind or modify (without liability), in whole or in part in its sole discretion, such Order.
(ii) After acceptance of an Order by Vendor, AOL may cancel or modify such Order in whole or in part at any time before the delivery date; provided that AOL shall reimburse Vendor any incremental Out-of-Pocket Expenses actually incurred as a result of such cancellation or modification. AOL shall have no liability to Vendor for an Order cancelled pursuant to this Subsection (ii) other than payment to Vendor of such Out-of-Pocket Expenses. This Subsection (ii) shall be subject to the other provisions in this Term Sheet and/or the Agreement which give AOL the right to modify or cancel Accepted Orders under certain specified circumstances.

Cancellation or Modification of Orders. 2.1. Orders by Customer shall only be binding on Cavotec once and to the extent they have been confirmed by Cavotec in writing (including by email). Upon issuance of the order confirmation by Cavotec, a binding agreement regarding Works shall be deemed to have been made. In case of discrepancies between the Order and the order confirmation, the latter shall prevail.

Cancellation or Modification of Orders. From and after the date of receipt of a purchase order by CTI hereunder, ITW shall not be entitled to cancel or modify a purchase order, without the express written consent of CTI, and shall be bound to accept delivery of, and make payment for, all items ordered.
